This is a right (US-spec passenger side) for 1973-78 Fiat 124 Spider. It has been gutted of all internal components. Has a circular hole in the jamb end for the door latch, and integral side impact beam.
Later cars used a different shaped mechanism that required a rectangular cut-out, and did not include a side impact beam.

This door has a clean exterior surface with very minimal surface rust on the leading and trailing inside edges of the door skin as shown.
