This is a Factory OE door latch mechanism for the right (NA Spec) passenger side of 1972-78 Fiat 124 Spider cars.
Notice the length of the outside paddle, it is shorter than those supplied on later cars, and will not work with 1979-on cars that use 2000-style door handles.
