This is a complete shifter extension housing assembly for late Fiat and Pininfarina 124 5-Spd transmissions (1973-on).

This is the style that requires pressing DOWN to engage reverse.

Earlier cars required pulling up on the handle for reverse.

Includes the housing casting, shifter select rod, shifter cup and spring assy. Requires a shifter handle to be complete.
