This is a single plane intake manifold as fitted to 1970-71 Fiat 124-series Spider and Coupe with 1438cc DOHC (not pushrod) engines.
Late-series unit that has water port flanges on both ends and can be used as a replacement to 1608cc manifolds.
Carb mating surface has a tapered tear-drop opening that can be enlarged if fitting 32 or 34-series carbs.
