This is a high quality Italian maker four-terminal, 3-position headlight switch with exact fitment to Fiat 124 Spider from 1979-82.
For use with North American cars, mid-1972 and later, that have a 2-position steering column lights switch.
Not recommended for 1967-early 1972 cars with 3-position steering column lights switch.
Look at the terminal connections closely. 1978 and earlier cars used a similar but different arrangement.
With minor re-routing of the car-side connector, this switch can be used on 1978 and earlier cars.
