This is a 32 DATR and DHTA series carburetor top as fitted to SOHC engines in Fiat X1/9 and Fiat 128 cars. This is an automatic (water) choke carburetor top, with mechanical 32mm throttle openings.
These often have problems with fuel fittings getting broken, or top studs being over-tightened and warping the unit.
