This is a performance street regrind camshaft, and a milled cambox, suitable for any Fiat or Yugo SOHC application (1100, 1300 or 1500). The cam has significantly longer duration and higher profile than a stock cam, but is fully streetable, and is suitable for all carbureted SOHC engines.
Please Note: This cam is not recommended for Fuel Injection applications with stock Bosch ECU.
Because the cam is a regrind with about 1mm higher lift than a stock cam, it usually requires a milled cam box or larger-than-stock shim to take up the difference in base circle.
This package includes a cam tower that has been milled by .040, to enable the cam to be fitted with slightly thinner than stock shims, important for high RPM motors. Includes cam base gasket, end cover gasket and end seal. Shims are available separately.
The cam is an alternative and comparable to FAZA 40-80 Daytona. Specs are as follows:
112 degree lobe center
40-80 / 80 -40 (seat-to-seat)
240 (int. / exh.) degrees duration @ .050 lift
