This is a durable steel auxiliary shaft timing gear for all fuel injected 2.0L engines in Fiat 124, 131 and Lancia Beta from 7-1979 onward.
Typically considered the "FI" style of auxiliary shaft pulley. Notice the belt lip on the inside edge of the pulley.
