This is a bakelite head-shield/insulator that fits between a DHTA-style Weber 28/30 carburetor and intake manifold on North American Fiat Strada cars from 1979 to 80.
This can also be used on FIAT X1/9.
Smaller of the two 28/30 variations. Enables use of large air tap on left side. Has 28/30mm holes that will need to be enlarged if being used with a 32 or 34-series carburetor.
