This is top quality Italian maker short speedometer cable assembly for 1500 model Fiat X1/9s from 1980-88.
This item connects the long speedometer cable to instrument cluster near in the left-front cowl area.
Notice the slip-on plastic connectors on each end. 1979-80 cars use a short cable with a metal threaded connector on one end.
Unlike a 1-piece speedometer cable, the 2-piece arrangement with this short cable makes it a snap to remove your instrument cluster.
