This is a clutch release bearing throw-out lever as fitted to 1979-on 5-spd X1/9 transaxles.
Fork and fork securing bolt available separately.
With stiff or aftermarket clutches, these can slowly twist over time resulting in diminished throw distance. Check the multiple pictures, this item has a lot of angle in it for a good long throw.

Clean, no damage. Minimum 45mm of distance when fork is positioned flat as shown.
