This is a high quality Italian maker clutch hard line compression union used to join 6mm OD metal pipes on Fiat and Lancia cars.
Make a straight, clean cut between the two pipes, join them together with the hardware shown, and tighten. A real problem solver if you have to cut and replace a portion of a clutch line.
Not for use on SAE sized (1/4" line).
