This is a side engine / motor mount as used on Fiat SOHC engines of Fiat or Bertone X1/9s with Air Conditioning alternator/waterpump set-up.
Due to the high mounted alternator and water pump, these units have an alternate contour for routing of the V-belts.
Perfectly suitable for AC or non-AC configurations as well, so will work on ANY X1/9 application.
This is an OEM casting fitted with a new, high quality, steel sleeved rubber insert that is significant stronger and more durable than the OEM unit or Turkish/Chinese made aftermarket units.
