This is a Factory OE 49-tooth 4th gear for the output shaft side of 84-88 model-year Bertone X1/9 5-spd transmissions. While it looks identical to 79-80 4th gears, it is NOT INTERCHANGEABLE! A tell-tale sign is three oil relief cuts on the backside of the gear, as opposed to two relief cuts on the earlier cars. Very hard to find.
