This is an M10 fender washer for the engine crossmember in 1977-On Fiat X1/9, 128, Yugo and Ritmo whose engine supports use M10 bolts with 17mm hex head.
Earlier cars require M8x25 washer, for use with bolts that have a 13mm Hex Head.

Either Original Equipment New Old Stock as supplies permit, or a very good condition used unit freshly bead blasted and plated in yellow-zinc.
