This is a reproduction clutch and brake fluid reservoir, with 5mm hose outlet,.
This unit was used as a clutch fluid reservoir on all model year Fiat or Bertone X1/9.
All 1972-74 FIAT X1/9s used two of these units as brake fluid reservoirs.
Use a pair of these as an economical and effective replacement of a cracked "dual chamber" brake fluid reservoir in 1975-on cars, and fasten with the same bracket.
If replacing your later style, single-chamber brake fluid reservoir with a pair of these, it is recommended to replace the fluid hoses with smaller diameter 5-6mm at the same time.
