This is a Factory issue steering wheel as supplied on 1965-67 Fiat 850 Spider and OT1000  Spider cars.  Hard black plastic, stainless steel 2-spoke basket.   Is compatible with 1972 and earlier steering column switch assemblies.

Above average used condition.   Minor blemishes on steering wheel surround, may have minor cosmetic cracks.
