This is a heater and air conditioning lever / pushbutton / fan switch control assembly as fitted in late-model 1979-86 Fiat and Bertone X1/9s.
Control assembly is applicable to 1987-88 cars, however the pushbuttons are different.

All buttons appear to work freely, lever is solid, no binding or apparent damage. Lever is intact an unbroken.
