This is a Factory OE plastic clip used to secure the door glass outer weatherstrip trim on Fiat 124 Spider and Fiat X19 cars to 1978.
These clips slide over the door skin pinch weld and lock into T-shaped slots. The weatherstrip trim is then snapped over these clips.
Only for use on early X1/9s through 1978 with T-shaped slots as shown in the photo at the pinch weld. Check your car closely.
Later cars do not have these slots and require trims with a black plastic insert instead.
