A Factory OE transaxle input / cluster shaft for Fiat X1/9 from 1973-77.
Notice the gap between 1st and Reverse gear, this is for use with gearsets that use small 65mm synchros and sliders on 3rd and 4th gear. Not compatible with later gearboxes. Check your unit closely. This piece has the following tooth counts, and requires 4th gear #4350692.
