This is a Factory OE metal heater control bezel for any Fiat 124 Spider or Coupe.
It surrounds the heater control levers in the center console. These tended to crack or break. This style has fiber optic ideograms, as supplied in 1975-on cars but can be used in earlier cars without issue.
Don't be fooled by flimsy reproductions. Your original metal unit made it 30+ years before it broke from the driver leaning on it while entering/exiting the car. A thin repro unit probably won't last the season.
