A quality European maker oil breather vent hose elbow for twin cam 1592cc + 1.8L (DOHC) Fiat engines from 1973- 77.
Hose connects to 17mm fitting on crankcase , 19mm on breather. As a result, each end of the hose is a slightly different diameter.
Also referred to as the cyclonic trap lower / bottom crankcase ventilation hose.
