This is a Factory OE catalytic converter for fuel injected Lancia Beta cars, 1981 and 1982.
Aftermarket converters are NOT the same as original equipment and do not have the correct mounting flanges.
Further, most are not certified for all smog states such as California. Nothing beats OE for passing inspection cleanly every time!
