This is a bakelite head-shield/insulator that fits between a DHTA-style Weber 28/30 carburetor and intake manifold on North American Fiat X1/9s from 1979 to 80.
Smaller of the two 28/30 variations. Enables use of large air tap on left side. Has 28/30mm holes respective.
