This is a steel clip used to secure the outer stainless window glass trim strips to the doors and quarter panels on Fiat 124 Spider cars 1967-78 cars.
Two (2) of these clips fasten the stainless window glass trim to each door.
Three (3) of these clips fasten stainless window glass trim to each quarter panel.
1979-on cars used a black plastic inner strip in place of these clips.
