These units have the correct fittings on each end to match Fiat's choice of metric fittings, brackets, and bubble-flare line ends. Other suppliers offer kits with secondary adapator fittings that are prone to leaking between connections. Attempting to "build-your-own" will drive you nuts trying to source the correct fittings. An incorrect junction anywhere in the system will cause major problems.
