This is a Factory OE four-terminal, 3-position headlight switch as fitted to Fiat 124 Spider from 1979-82.
Check out the multiple photos and look at the terminal connections closely.
1978 and earlier cars used a similar but different arrangement.
With a re-routing of the car-side connector on these earlier cars, this switch can be used.
