This is a Factory OE water choke spring assembly for Fiat X1/9, 128, Lancia Beta and Scorpion cars, as fitted with 32 or 34 series DATR(A) carburetors.

Internal spring is 21mm. 

Identical in fitment with slightly smaller diameter spring as 9927992 for Fiat 124 and 131 carburetors.
