This is a Factory OE crankshaft nut washer / oil slinger for all Fiat 850 engines including 817cc, 847cc and 903cc.
It is placed on the front of the crankshaft just under the crankshaft nut. It slings oil out and into the segments of the centrifugal oil filter inside the front crank pulley assembly.
