This is a stock North American-spec (53/5 - 5/53) exhaust cam for Fiat DOHC engines as fitted to 1974 and later Fiat 124 and 131, with cam-box-mounted distributor.
This is the late style with very wide lobes for maximum life. The larger lobe spreads the load of the valve spring across the entire face of the shim, leading to longer life for both the cam and the shims.

Bearing surfaces clean, lobes are smooth and undamaged.
