This is a Factory OE water choke spring assembly for Fiat 124 and 131 cars, with ADFA or DHTA carburetors.

Internal spring is 25mm. 

Identical in fitment with slightly larger diameter spring as 9928295 for Fiat X19, 128, and Lancia Scorpion / Beta.
