This is a Factory OE 47-tooth 3rd gear for the output shaft side of late Fiat Bertone X1/9 5-Spd Transmissions.
For gearboxes starting in 1984, that use 18mm reverse idler.
Another distinguishing factor for this gear are the three oil reliefs cut into the backside, in a triangular pattern. Very hard to find.
