This is a high quality Italian maker steering rack bushing that fits to the long-end. This bushing is critical to keeping the "rack" rod centered in the housing.
Stock bushings often disintegrate after use, allowing the the rack to rock within the housing, causing erratic handling due to excessive toe changes on the RF wheel of the vehicle.
