This is an instrument cluster that fits 1981-88 Fiat and Bertone X1/9s.

It is a US-spec instrument panel fitted to 1984-86 Bertone cars.  Gauges are in Imperial units and shows speed to 140MPH.  It has a counter clock-wise tachometer, and "Bertone" logo on lens unit, with push-on speedometer connector.
