This is an intake side valve cover for Fiat DOHC engines. Notice the various hard point bosses for fitment of throttle linkage brackets, hose routing etc.
Fiat changed these hardpoints repeatedly, depending on carb and smog requirements. May require threading and tapping of one or more of these spots, depending on your need.
