This is a steel valve guide for SOHC Fiat engines, typically 1978 or earlier.
15mm outside diameter. 8mm inside diameter. 46.5mm long. Standard size.
Check your current diameter first. Fiat supplied 14mm and 15mm throughout the run.
In majority of SOHC cylinder heads, the 15mm valve guide was factory fitted on X1/9 1300 (1974-78) and all 128 models 1971-76.
