This is high duration racing cam suitable for any Fiat or Yugo SOHC racing application (1100, 1300 or 1500.
Its specifications are such that it is the optimal grind for road racing with a stock ratio transaxle. It provides a power band between 5750- 8,000 RPM, big enough to cover the RPM drop when shifting from 3rd - 4th.
This is a cobalt-welded regrind of a stock Fiat cam, and will require a cam tower milled .050 in order to use stock sized shims. Check out the multiple pictures! This particular style was modeled after the exact specs of cams developed by Bob Boig in early X1/9 SCCA G-Production racing, although its lift profile has been limited to .440, for compatibility with SCCA Limited Prep rules.
This cam is not streetable! This is a trick piece that has a lot of dyno time behind its development. Specs are as follows:
