Factory OE oil breather vent hose elbow for twin cam 1.8L (DOHC) Fiat engines from 1977-78.
Also referred to as the cyclonic trap lower / bottom crankcase ventilation hose.

Accepts 17mm fitting on block, and 23mm fitting on breather.
