This is a camshaft as applied to 1967-73 Fiat 124 Spider and Coupe cars.
Used on both intake and exhaust of 1438cc motors with block-mounted distributor, and the intake only on 1608cc / 1592cc cars.
Provides a higher 22/66 duration (225 degrees @ .050 lift) than 1974 and later North American 1800/2.0L cams which measured 5/53 duration (219 degrees @ .050 lift).
Drilled for 12mm cam pulley bolts
Easily identified by the "narrow lobes".

Same base circle as stock, so these can be fitted without requiring an adjustable cam gear.
A great budget performance upgrade if you're rebuilding your 1800 / 2.0L head.
