This is a left (US-spec driver side) for 1967-72 Fiat 124 Spider. It has been gutted of all internal components.
Has rectangular hole in the jamb end for the door latch, and no side impact beam.
Later cars used a different shaped mechanism that required a circular cut-out, and included a side impact beam.

This door has a clean exterior surface with very minimal surface rust on the leading and trailing inside edges.
