This is a pininfarina Factory OE round plastic defroster vent assembly which is mounted on the top of the dash in 1983-85 Pininfarina 124 Spider.
Fits all 1979-82 Fiat 124 Spider cars although slightly Darker Tan in color versus 1979-82 'Factory Tan'.

Includes upper grille and lower mounting base, with retention springs.
