This is a complete windshield frame applicable to 1968-80 Fiat 124 Spider.
Functionally the same across all model years, although Fiat called two different part numbers in this period.
Check out the photos, notice this is the "early" style with no notch at the bottom of the frame for a separate weather strip piece.

Visible upper chrome areas around the exterior of the frame are in good condition, with little to no weathering.
Lower inner frame and lower attachment bars have completely lost their chroming, a common issue with early frames. These can be treated and painted with epoxy finish to halt additional corrosion.
