This is a Factory OE mass airflow meter 02 sensor adjustment plug. This is used on all SOHC and DOHC fuel injected Fiat and Lancia engines from 1980-on fitted with Bosch L-Jet.
This plug is meant to prevent owner adjustment of the AFM and must be drilled and pulled out of its socket in order to adjust Lambda settings. An undamaged plug in this socket is necessary in most states that require emissions testing, and is critical to seal this part of the AFM from moisture.
