This is an engine block for 1500, 138-series SOHC engines, as fitted on North American spec Bertone X1/9s from 1986-88.
This was the fuel-injection-style engine that uses 14 head bolts: Ten 10mm torque-to-yield and four smaller 8mm bolts across the head face. Includes correct matching-numbers set of main bearing caps.

Good condition, no rust or grooving in the cylinder bores, no apparent damage. Usable as-is.
