This is a F/I/A/T Factory OE tinted windshield glass with either Secursiv or St. Gobain makers mark.
Factory correct fitment and style for 1975-on Fiat or Pininfarina 124 Spider.
The difference between an OEM glass windshield versus aftermarket is the weight and thickness of the piece.
OEM glass windshield weighs 20lbs.
Reproduction aftermarket windshields are only 15-16lbs.
Most significantly, aftermarket windshields are thinner than OEM, and often do not seal correctly within the rubber gasket, and are prone to leaks.
