This car is Ohio titled, by the owner of Midwest-Bayless. It has been daily driven all summer and is ready for a new home.

The 2000cc DOHC engine runs great and gets super mileage. The chassis rides comfortably around town or on the highway. The 5-Spd manual transmission shifts perfectly in all gears. It has a nice interior and presentable exterior. This is a reliable, mechanically sound car.
You can spend an enormous amount of time, money and effort refurbishing a worn-out Zagato to this level, or you could begin enjoying this car right now!
Body and Exterior
The body is painted factory silver (Argento), a relatively rare code.
It is originally from Arizona and is 100% rust free and straight, with no collision damage.
The front bumper has been removed with signals fitted into the body. The front bumper is available if desired. Windshield has a small chip that has been epoxy sealed.
It is highly presentable at "10 feet" but will need an all-over paint job and very minor cosmetic body work to remove a couple of dings to make it show worthy. Note the typical ding in the fender ahead of the driver's door.
The clear coat from a previous paint job has started to peel on the upper surfaces.
Engine, Fuel, Ignition, Exhaust and Cooling System:
De-smogged 2000cc carbureted DOHC engine.
Upgrades include Weber 34 DATR carburetor, long-tube exhaust headers, and cams. Fuel tank is clean. New fuel pump, filter and engine bay hoses. New timing belt and tensioner, valves adjusted.
The cooling system offers rock-solid temperatures and the fan works correctly. Heater valve and fan controls work smoothly.
AC compressor has been removed, making routine service in the engine bay much easier.
Electricals
Circuits in good shape, with good voltages, even with wipers, lights and heater fan on. Headlights and marker lights are functional, but bright light circuit is inop, likely a problem in the rotary switch.
Transmission / Clutch / Driveline
The 5-Spd manual transmission is in good condition, It shifts nicely up and down with no synchronizer or reverse issues. Trans does not whine.
Clutch works and feels fine.
Steering / Suspension / Tires / Wheels / Brakes
Struts have good rebound control at all four corners. KONI struts on the rear. Ball joints, tie-rod ends, and control arm bushings are in good condition with no issues. All wheel bearings are solid with no hum or play.
Braking system has been serviced with new pads and stops well.
Factory 14" FPS alloy wheels with older, but solid BFG tires.
Interior / Top
The interior is clean with custom gray cloth upholstery, great for hot days with the top down.
No tears in the upholstery. Carpets are clean with no worn areas.
Targa top is in correct working condition with good latches.
Original vinyl convertible top is untorn, with slightly hazy window.
Rear Trunk
Factory carpet, alloy spare.
This car moves briskly, handles crisply, tracks straight, and is vibration / rattle-free
