This is a high quality Italian maker axle constant velocity joint for 4-Spd Fiat X19s, 128 (all), and Yugo.  Also fits Fiat 127.

21mm threaded end accepts 30mm OD nuts.
aka "outer cv joint".

Two required per vehicle. One for each side left and right axle shaft.
