This is a high velocity radiator fan as supplied on Series 1 1973-78 Fiat X1/9s.
These fans have a plastic shroud and spade-style connectors as opposed to the later model fans who have a steel shroud and bullet connectors.
Every X1/9 radiator across all model years have provisions for TWO cooling fans, but only AC-equipped cars actually came with dual fans. Non-AC cars only have one.
Keep your X1/9 cooler in the summer heat by adding a second fan!
