A pair of flexible stainless steel braided fluid lines to upgrade the rear brake hoses on all Fiat and Bertone X1/9s. Can also be used on Lancia Scorpion/Monte Carlo cars. 10.5" end-to-end overall length.
Scorpion owners please note: The rear hoses are .75" to 1" longer than an original equipment Scorpion rear brake hose. Please inspect your installation closely to ensure that interference between the hose and the tire sidewall does not occur when the suspension is compressed, and use a tie strap as needed.
Directly convert your X1/9 or Scorpion rear brakes to flexible stainless steel lines, which are shown to significantly improve brake pedal feel and response.

Pair of one-piece rear brake lines with correct 3/8 - 24 thread into the caliper body and 10x1.25 female for the hard brake line fitting.
This kit has the correct fittings on each end to match Fiat's choice of metric fittings, brackets, and bubble-flare line ends.
Other suppliers offer kits with secondary adaptor fittings that are prone to leaking between connections. Attempting to "build-your-own" will drive you nuts trying to source the correct fittings. And an incorrect junction anywhere in the system will cause major problems.
