This is a blower motor fan assembly as fitted to 1980-88 Fiat Bertone X1/9s with AC, but applicable to all X19s with AC per the note below.
Functionally identical to earlier units, but has a smaller motor body and integral mounting bracket. Does not require insulator pads or a separate bracket to install in the heater box.
